“Rochelle Burbury was appointed by Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) to lead corporate, financial, trade and issues management PR, on the basis that it would have senior, highly respected and deeply informed PR support to meet the company's needs, both proactive and reactive. The strategy worked extremely well.
Rochelle was committed and focused on the demands of working with one of Australia’s biggest media companies and was always available with strategic and insightful solutions whenever required.SCA was recognised as having the best ‘story in market’ and the most comprehensive, consistent and relevant media coverage, and this is a credit to the work from Rochelle and her team.
This working relationship over many years was a highly successful and valued partnership based on insight, planning, creativity and with an honesty that is rare and appreciated (Rochelle is not joking about being up front with clients!).Ultimately, you can expect great things working with Third Avenue.

“We initially approached Rochelle and Third Avenue to launch the IMAA because we knew that PR would be critically important to us to build profile and credibility for a new industry association and to attract members.
What we didn’t expect was the huge amount of positive coverage Rochelle has achieved for the IMAA at launch and which continues today.
We have had many agencies approach us as a result to become members and we now also have partnerships with 45 media owners and all the major industry bodies.
We would not be where we are today without Rochelle’s advice and assistance.”

"I first worked with Rochelle when relaunching a retail marketing services brand in Australia, the company had built a very large (c.48,000 associates) business in the USA, Canada and Mexico, but had failed to gain traction in ANZ.
She defined and built a very focused B2B PR and media strategy (a true strategy with a 3-year runway), which significantly improved the positioning of that brand.
This led me to recommend her for digital relaunch of Toys”R”Us and Babies’R’Us in ANZ.
Having won the license in a very long and competitive pitch, up against several very large physical and pure online retailers, we needed to reach out to all stakeholders in the toy and baby goods industry to re-establish the brand after a 12-month absence.
At launch Rochelle had the leadership team and brand in all mainstream free-to-air, print and digital media. She managed to secure over 40 pieces of coverage in the first two days leading to over 93,000 hits on our ‘coming soon’ launch website, 230 requests from past employees to re-join the company and 60 new suppliers wishing to trade with the new entity.
I can’t recommend her thought, planning, creativity and implementation enough."
